About the role

The HVAC Aftermarket Team is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analytics Lead to join our HVAC Planning team. The Business Analytics Lead is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. They act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IT systems and business strategies align with organizational goals. This person must have a strong background in supply chain management, experience defining material planning and inventory strategies, and strong cross-functional communication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY: 

  • Leading the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project

  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to explain new systems or modifications

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing solutions to improve efficiency

  • Participating in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs

  • Creating business cases for change, assessing impacts, and supporting change management initiatives

  • Preparing reports on business performance and market analysis to guide management decisions

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Analytics

Certification in APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or similar

Proficiency in material planning software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE

Experience with international sourcing and procurement

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
