Role Responsibilities:

• 当社のVRFなどパッケージエアコンの技術的な点に関する営業へのサポート
• カーボンニュートラル実現に向けての空調設備でのエネルギー効率改善の提案
• 機器選定、ランニングコストの算出、耐震・騒音・空調負荷の計算
• RebroやRevitなどのBIM-CAD設計での空調機器の設計サポートツールの仕様検討
• 各種計算ツールの仕様検討から発注、運用管理

Role Purpose:

• VRF（ビル用マルチ）等パッケージエアコンの売上増のために技術的な営業サポートを強化
• 建物のZEB設計において空調設備設計上流でスペックイン活動の強化
• 建築、設備設計における空調設備設計のデジタルサポートツールの推進人材確保
• 関東エリアをメインとする本社技術営業をして経験を積む。その後、全国各支社にも異動する可能性あり

Minimum Requirements:

• 空調・熱源メーカーの技術職もしくは技術営業経験があることが望ましいが、技術営業の職務歴があるレベルでも良いので広い範囲で人材を募集
