Role Responsibilities:

• ビル管理システムの技術的な点に関する営業へのサポート
• 顧客要望へののビル管理システム選定、対応方法助言
• 各現場でのビル管理システムの調査、設定
• 汎用通信オープンプロトコルへの対応
• 機器の気流シミュレーション

Role Purpose:

• ビル管理システムに関するソリューション提案の人材を強化
• 関東エリアをメインとする本社技術営業をして経験を積む。その後、全国各支社にも異動する可能性あり

Minimum Requirements:

• ビル管理の技術職もしくは技術営業経験があることが望ましいが、技術営業の職務歴があるレベルでも良いので広い範囲で人材を募集
• 同業他社の空調管理、監視の機器開発経験者でも良い
