Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Position Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related matters, serves as an employee advocate and change agent, and leads HR initiatives to support the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and line managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Work closely with COE teams to ensure effective practices in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards are executed, maintaining alignment with global and regional standards.
Provide expertise and support in workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution while upholding company policies and best practices.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a workplace culture that reflects company values and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address evolving business needs.
Facilitate training and development programs that address technical and soft skills requirements, utilizing COE resources as appropriate.
Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal processes to ensure competitiveness and fairness, working in partnership with the Total Rewards COE team.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive transformation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role. Experience with MNC will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR best practices.
Business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into HR solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, especially in collaboration with COE teams.
Ability to work both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
