About the role

Control the quality of our products according to engineering specifications, as well as monitor the operating parameters of the manufacturing processes that affect product quality in the assembly/COIL SHOP/Press departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve internal quality indicators (FPY and Scrap) through ProCert, Turn back, RRCA, and 5S.
  • Manage quality teams on the production lines (leak detectors, loaders, hi pot, run test, PLIS, cameras, etc.).
  • Maintain and sustain controls and standard work on the production lines such as quality plans, checklists, visual aids, etc. Supervise quality auditors.
  • Train and develop operational staff to meet quality standards and provide field feedback within the production lines.
  • Work together with the Quality Clinic. Product Audit Administrator.

Requirements

  • Degree in IMA, IME, IMT, IQ, IIS, IIA, or a related Engineering field.
  • 3 years of experience in quality.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Processes.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma (Statistical Tools).
  • Proficiency in AIAG Tools (Control Plan / PFMEA).
  • Mastery of Problem-Solving Tools (8D, A3, DIVE).
  • Skills: Teamwork, Customer Focus, Analytical Thinking.
  • Advanced English.
