Responsibilities:

Direction in the execution of Special Order requirements as quote orders, develop engineering requirements and collaborate with ETO design lead for applied products to manufacture in CMX-B plant, Quote Sch Eff, Design schedule reliability, Avg Quote response time, FPY.
Lead and execute development of new ETO offering.
Provide YOY support blanket quote control updates, in cost and lead time.
Lead and maintain process of most common ETO options in order to have a base to convert those as standard option with the most optimal cost and time.

Technical

Lead the integration of technical and engineering activities within ETO for commercial products.
Secure and keep products under agency UL and ETL.
Support sales and application/ Marketing team with technical assistance.
Provide professional and technical assistance as troubleshooting for product support and guidance.
Provide creative, innovative and comprehensive problem-solving. Concepts from conception to its engineering implementation that support the objectives and business goals.
Lead and execute engineering test and qualification plan for ETO as needed.
Serve as subject matter expert for ETO Sustaining engineering
Actively participate in ETO product design reviews and other project team member.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of HVAC Product Experience or similar

Preferred Qualifications

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Product marketing/application experience in a technical environment
Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Technical understanding of HVAC systems, including system design, building and energy codes, system operation, refrigeration systems, fans, electrical and control systems, and psychometrics
Well-developed analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving skills. Ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, develop conclusions, and propose solutions
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, teamwork, responsibility, dependability, flexibility, motivation, respect, and patience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Competency in business fundamentals, strong math skills, experience with SAP
Well-developed organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize and self-direct with multiple activities and projects
