About the Role

Carrier is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Supervisor, Project Management to lead strategic cost optimization initiatives across our Commercial Refrigeration business. This role will drive cross-functional projects focused on reducing product and operational costs while improving efficiency, productivity, and business performance.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to identify, prioritize, and execute cost-saving opportunities. This position offers high visibility within the organization and the opportunity to make a significant impact on business results through the leadership of multiple strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Supervisor, Project Management, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple cost reduction and productivity projects across manufacturing operations and supply chain functions.

  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 20-30 projects simultaneously across multiple facilities.

  • Identifying opportunities to optimize product cost, operational expenses, and overall value streams.

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, milestone achievement, and measurable results.

  • Developing business cases and supporting investment decisions involving CAPEX and OPEX initiatives.

  • Monitoring project performance, financial impact, risks, and implementation timelines.

  • Driving collaboration and alignment among Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Quality teams.

  • Presenting project progress, savings results, and strategic recommendations to business leadership.

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.

  • Influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization to drive sustainable business results.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, results-oriented, and passionate about driving business improvement through project leadership.

As a minimum, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI, Operations, or Supply Chain.

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in cost reduction initiatives.

  • Experience developing and managing CAPEX and/or OPEX projects.

  • Advanced English communication skills.

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate business cases and project benefits.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience in Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, or manufacturing environments.

  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PMP, or Project Management certifications.

  • Experience with value engineering, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain optimization initiatives.

  • Previous people leadership experience.

  • Exposure to global or multi-site project environments.
