Project Industrial Eng.

About the Role

The Industrial Project Eng. is a critical position that will play a key role in the development and implementation of large-size NPI programs. This position is focused in the Industrial and Process Engineering aspects. Industrial Project Eng. should ensure a robust implementation and smooth transition of NPI programs.

Key Responsabilities

  • Design and implement new or modified manufacturing processes, ensuring high-performance Carrier standards are met. CX tools and guidelines should be used as main tool (Or similar Lean Manufacturing tool).

  • Determine and implement new o modified layout processes through CAD software tool. Design new production lines and determine workstations and material replenishment zones accurately.

  • Establish efficient line architecture models.

  • Headcount definition and optimization. Establish an assembly chronology and determine a well-balanced manufacturing process.

  • Workstation design and implementation based on high-level ergonomics Carrier standards.

  • Perform time and movements studies to determine the most efficiency process.

  • Plan and create process documentation.

  • Ensure accurate and smooth Manufacturing Execution System implementation (MES).

  • Create and update PFMEA and Control Plans.

  • Ensure main project milestones are met. MCS and Pilot runs should be run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic Engineer or similar.

  • Experience: +5 years.

  • English written and spoken.
