About the role

As a Contact Service Agent, you will service as first point of contact for all Payroll-related inquiries.

Role Responsibilities

  • Intake and manage payroll-related enquiries from employees and Business Unit partners
  • Resolve and close inquiries as first-point-of contact where possible
  • Reset payroll employee self-service passwords
  • Provide a high level of support by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner
  • Liaise effectively with Payroll Team to ensure inquiries are resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Minimum Requirements

  • Great command of spoken and written English.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years customer service experience in a call center setting (or in a similar environment helping customers over the phone), using ticketing tools such as (but not limited to): Service Now, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with payroll systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Payroll.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details.
  • Strong customer focus and technical aptitude; sense of urgency; strong organizational skills.
