Responsibility

• Prepare and review related documents to be accurate, process in time and follow ISO regulation accordingly.
• Keep files and data up to date in system with high accuracy and completion.
• Provide information to the section concerned
• Control and monitor goods delivery by coordinating with agencies
• Inspect goods received if the product meet requirement, in good condition and on time.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate data

Requirements

• Bachelor degree graduated in related field
• 3-5 years of direct working experience
• Good communication skills
• Experience in SAP system and Excel (formula) is preferred
