Product planning & Marketing management Specialist

Role Responsibilities:

• Execute product planning strategically to ensure new product satisfies markets' requirements. 
• Seek for market opportunities of new products and also leverage available products to other potential markets
• Manage product development project ensuring they are all on time and achieve KPIs 
• Coordinate with relevant functions ensuring product literatures, technical training, and/or marketing literatures are appropriately provided on timely basis.
• Monitor and execute necessary actions to ensure both technical and marketing literatures (IM, OM, Image) are available on portal for both distribution and end-user

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields
• Five to seven year experience in sales, product management, product marketing or related fields
• Proficient English language skill
• Good in compromising and negotiation skill
