About this Role: 

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for the Strategy & Planning Center of Excellence (COE) Associate position. The role will support the COE Lead directly on key strategic programs for the Global Strategy & Planning organization as well as provide aid spanning across process excellence, transformation initiatives, and performance management activities. The role requires advanced skills in executive messaging and PowerPoint.

Job Description:

  • Create high-impact executive presentations that are concise and visually compelling

  • Support strategic initiatives and projects as they arise with the ability to quickly adapt as priorities evolve

  • Define and manage project timelines and tasks, action plans, and resource needs within the scope of the Strategy & Planning COE

  • Work across various cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes

  • Create and assist with change management and communication deliverables as required for the Strategy & Planning organization

  • Assist with the organization, standardization, and completion tracking of SIOP process documents

  • Facilitate and support training and upskilling efforts within Strategy & Planning

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in operations or supply chain

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance skills in PowerPoint, Think-Cell, and Excel

  • Detailed-oriented with excellent project management skills highly desired

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt or shift to change

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand forecasting, inventory management)

  • Versed in process improvement concepts, methodologies, and tools
