About this role

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will handle all document mailings pertaining to payroll matters. 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing all mail addressed to the US Payroll department.
• Print and ship payroll correspondence, including payroll exception checks to employees.
• Ensure Tax notices are updated in both Pay Czar and ADP sites for processing and resolution.
• Assist as backup for registration activity.
• Assist and respond to management inquiries.
• Assist with projects and assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel)
• Good human relations and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel.
• Payroll background a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
