Primary Roles :-

  • Should understand sourcing and supply chain processes and systems.
  • Experience in Information Technology commodities, including software, hardware, telecom, and primarily in professional services and contingent labor.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are essential, along with a keen attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop multiple options based on technical details.
  • Independently manage the SEZ process and compliance, understand the escalation matrix, and ensure timely shipment releases
  • Practical experience in coordinating with CHA and freight forwarders is essential
  • Responsible for preparing and managing shipping documentation related to imports and exports, as well as coordinating with excise and customs authorities.
  • Experience in review agreements and related documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors. They must also have persuasive abilities to ensure that programs stay on schedule.
  • Good understanding on advanced skills in MS-Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must develop & maintain healthy relationships with suppliers. Ensure that the business confidentiality is always maintained.
  • Must have hands on experience with ARIBA tool and at par related ERP tools.
  • Update MIS data like contract and MMR trackers.
  • Audit Preparedness: Ensure process & documentation meet requirements

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably engineering.
  • MBA with specialization in material management will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • Executes key elements of Supply Chain plans in terms of operations, specific interventions, related costs and timelines, in line with organizational strategy.
  • Manages implementation of systems and processes in support of Supply Chain strategy. Collaborates with cannel partners, including suppliers, intermediaries, third party service providers, and customers.
  • Gathers inputs on prices of different raw materials from primary and secondary sources. Supporst identification of opportunities for outsourcing and cost reduction.
  • Implements guidelines on contract development.
  • Guides others on adherence to import, export, and excise regulation as per compliance.

Minimum Requirements
Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
