Summary
As CML Sales Manager (South), you will supervises Sales employees and coordinates outside sales activities and sets day-to-day goals and objectives for outside sales team.

Job Description

  • Use Carrier software to perform equipment selection/ prepare cost sheet, quotation, sales order document.
  • Consult and support customers in HVAC solution.
  • Follow up the project stage closely to increase the win rate.
  • Maintain and build a good relationship with customers to achieve individual sales target.
  • Work with consultant and submission of tender document.
  • Prepare and conduct the product presentation to contractors/Consultants/Owners.
  • Prepare monthly job tracking reports on handing projects.
  • Source new projects and potential customers to increase market segment and expand business opportunities in the responsible area.
  • Liaise with Logistics and Service Dept to make sure prompt product delivery and good technical service provided to the customers.
  • Support CML sales team (South) to achieve sales & order result in accordance with set targets of CML in South region.
  • Driving CML sales team (South) focus on the high potential segment to have quick turnover for 2025-2026.
  • Monthly checking the new projects creation by South Commercial sales team on benchmarking with BCI data.
  • Support CML team (South) to work closely and maintain good relationship with key customers (including developers, owners, contractor, consultants) for managing project engagement, proposal making, submissions, review meetings with technical queries.
  • Complies market information on competitors’ price and activities, purchasing power on regular basis.
  • Schedule & Coordinate with P&S team to organize the seminars to key Contractors/Developers/ Consultants/ Designers to update the latest technologies of Carrier/Toshiba AC
  • Other tasks assigned by direct line manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
  • Requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
  • University Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
