About the Role:

As a design Engineer the person would be Responsible for AHU design from scratch Using SolidWorks/Solid Edge/ProE/AutoCAD

Able to select the components, Bill of materials, Fabrication drawings & Panel layout. along with HVAC system design, simulations, and Heat transfer calculations, Fan wall design etc.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for AHU design from scratch, Key component selection, Bill of materials, Fabrication drawings & Panel layout.

• HVAC system design, simulations, and Heat transfer calculations, Fan wall design etc.

• Knowledge of Eurovent, AHRI and other international standards.

• Knowledge of AHU controls and logic development.

• Testing and qualification of AHU, Factory witness test.

• Understanding of DFMEA, Key failures and ability to conduct RRCA.

• Understanding of Data Center Airside Products, its application & Control logic.

• Customer interface for any technical discussion, addressing design change or site related issues.

• Knowledge of AHU selling tool development and the inputs.

Role Purpose:

·Airside design engineering for emerging vertical of Data Center

·Capability to develop Fan wall, CRAH Unit etc.

·New vertical with good learning opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent)

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience working in the HVAC Industry in the AHU R&D domain.
