Your Impact

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation, quality, and performance of our technical solutions. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business continuity.

  • Providing on-site and remote technical consulting to customers, installers, and key stakeholders.

  • Performing commissioning (PIF), service, maintenance, and repair activities for company equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and service contracts.

  • Supporting installation processes on construction sites to ensure correct setup and compliance with technical and legal standards.

  • Managing and resolving complex technical issues, including escalated and high-impact cases.

  • Coordinating and prioritizing service activities to ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.

  • Handling quality-related issues at the highest level of complexity and contributing to continuous improvement plans.

  • Cooperating with internal teams (e.g. sales/quotation teams) to identify spare parts and provide technical expertise.

  • Preparing service and intervention reports and resolving technical complaints.

  • Supporting training, audit, and assessment activities to ensure effective implementation of internal controls.

  • Communicating updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders when required.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you bring strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a customer-focused environment. We are looking for someone who has:

  • Solid technical and product knowledge, preferably in service, commissioning, or maintenance of technical equipment.

  • Experience in providing technical support on-site and remotely (phone/email).

  • The ability to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve complex technical issues, including escalated cases.

  • Experience working with service contracts, SLAs, and customer agreements.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders.

  • A structured and responsible approach to documentation and reporting.

  • The ability to coach or support colleagues and contribute to operational excellence.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and construction locations as required.

  • A customer-oriented attitude with a strong sense of accountability and quality.

  • Availability to work on-site at Viessmann Brașov, Romania
