  • Job Responsibilities

  • Champion the execution and delivery of digital products for the Digital Factory COE serving as the in key point of contact for the India hub. Ensure coordination between cross-functional teams collaborating towards seamless end to end delivery.
  • Bring innovative idea on how to best leverage technology to drive the business transformation for factory business.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital experts fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Energize and lead the India hub resources.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement, Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with DT professionals and Center of Excellence tower leads within the company to ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, budget for project execution as well as achieving operation excellence. Lead and manage the delivery of transformational digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet factory requirements and are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Play project management to successfully execute initiatives and delivery the committed business outcome.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of emerging DT technologies and methodologies. Identify appropriate DT technologies & service delivery, approaches while considering external benchmarks and best practices. 
  • Qualifications / Skills

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership. Establish and maintain strong relationships with other COE’s, BRM’s and stakeholders understanding their digital needs and serving as the primary point of contact for digital project updates and escalations for the Digital Factory COE in India
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical as well as problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills. Proven track record of managing complex digital projects, from concept to delivery. Ability to handle several projects at a given time.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals. 
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP, MES/MOM, APS, labor management, TMS/WMS/QMS, TPM, Lean manufacturing systems, BI/data analytics, factory automation, other operation technologies in the manufacturing industry offering complex configurable products. 
  • Good knowledge in cloud technology. 
  • Demonstrated capability to work in cross functional leadership team. 
  • Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies certifications (desired).
  • Deep understanding of IT methodologies like: Scrum, Lean, Kanban and other agile techniques, good knowledge in digital system product management.
  • Proven experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support.
  • Ability to multi-tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, MBA, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology. At least 5 years of senior leadership role in a multi-national company with a regional responsibility and overseeing teams.  
  • Willing to travel (up to 15%)
