About the role: Looking for energized sales professionals handling large-value projects and complex sales cycles with experience into HVAC - Centrifugal chillers sales OR Solar OR semi-conductor sales OR Pumps Sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and sales growth for large project opportunities within assigned territories and customer segments.

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new project opportunities from inception through order closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with End User, EPC contractors, consultants, , PMCs, government agencies, and key decision-makers.

  • Influence product specifications and secure approvals in strategic projects.

  • Monitor project pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.

  • Conduct regular customer visits, project reviews, and business presentations.

  • Maintain CRM records and provide periodic reports on sales performance, project status, and market developments.

Role Purpose:

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and converting large project opportunities within the assigned territory and market segments.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, developers, contractors, EPCs, PMCs, and end customers.

  • Identify, qualify, and manage project pipelines from concept stage through order closure and execution.

  • Achieve sales, order booking, profitability, and market share targets for the Large Projects business.

  • Influence product specifications and secure approvals in key projects to enhance business opportunities.

  • Contribute to long-term business growth by developing sustainable customer relationships and expanding the project sales portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 8-12 years of professional experience in B2B sales, project sales, or key account management.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling large-value projects and complex sales cycles with experience into HVAC,-Centrifigual chillers sales OR Solar OR semi-conductor sales OR Pumps Sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

  • Experience in working with consultants, contractors, developers, EPCs, PMCs, and institutional customers.

  • Strong understanding of project sales processes, tendering, bidding, and contract management.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and customer service teams.

  • Willingness to travel extensively based on project and customer requirements.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced business environment.
