    Key Responsibilities:

    Atlassian Suite Administration:

    • Administer and configure Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools to support SDLC, DevOps, and Agile practices.

    • Manage user access, permissions, and roles, ensuring adherence to security and governance policies.

    • Monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting, and ensure optimal uptime and performance of Atlassian tools.

    Agile & DevOps Integration:

    • Collaborate with the Software Architect and development teams to integrate Atlassian tools into Agile and DevOps workflows.

    • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Atlassian tools, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms used in the organization.

    • Support the automation of development and deployment processes using Jira, Bitbucket, and other CI/CD tools.

    Workflow Customization and Optimization:

    • Design and optimize Jira workflows, Kanban boards, Scrum boards, and other configurations to enhance project tracking and collaboration.

    • Gather requirements from stakeholders and create custom workflows that meet business needs and drive operational efficiency.

    Training and User Support:

    • Provide training and ongoing support to users across the organization on best practices for using Jira, Confluence, and related tools.

    • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and best practices.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Atlassian-related issues.

    Feature Management and Process Improvement:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Atlassian suite features and updates, proactively recommending and implementing new functionality.

    • Lead the rollout of new features and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration into existing workflows.

    • Continuously evaluate and improve Atlassian tool usage, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and project management, to ensure that Atlassian tools are aligned with organizational goals.

    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that tool configurations meet business requirements.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on how Atlassian tools can support ongoing business transformation efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • 3-5 years of experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket) in an Agile and DevOps environment.

    • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD.

    • Proven experience in designing and configuring Jira workflows, automations, and integrations with other platforms.

    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Atlassian suite.

    • Experience with scripting, automation, and tool integration (e.g., REST APIs, Jenkins) is a plus.

    • Atlassian certification (e.g., ACP-120, ACP-520, ACP-620, and ACP-420) is preferred.

    • Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
