About the Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by driving process stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across assembly lines. This role plays a key part in optimizing production performance, supporting new product introductions, and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting manufacturing operations to ensure stable and efficient assembly processes.
• Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity, capacity, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and overall manufacturing costs.
• Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence.
• Developing and implementing process standardization, work instructions, operating methods, and process parameters.
• Supporting new product introductions, new processes, and equipment implementation while ensuring successful industrialization and start-up.
• Performing problem-solving and root cause analysis using A3 methodology and other structured problem-solving tools.
• Collaborating with Maintenance and Automation teams to improve equipment, workstations, controls, and automated systems.
• Evaluating and implementing ergonomic, safety, and quality improvements within assembly processes and workstations.
• Defining technical requirements for new equipment, fixtures, tools, and manufacturing devices.
  
  

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement. If this describes you, we'd love to hear from you.

As a minimum, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and/or assembly process engineering.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a manufacturing environment.

• Intermediate English proficiency (ability to read and write technical documentation).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience in the HVAC industry or in the manufacturing of complex assembled products.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as coil shop operations, brazing, leak testing, vacuum systems, and related assembly technologies.
• Experience working with automation projects, equipment upgrades, and industrialization activities.
