Finance Business Partner (マネージャー候補）

The successful candidate will be an experienced finance leader with a clear passion for business performance and ability to easily translate operational actions into financial results. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited, to the following

• Drive business growth as a finance business partner:
  partner with business leaders to drive business growth. Grasp quarterly and annual strategic deals and support the timely closure to meet the target for order/sales and profitability.

• Manage and drive cash collection term:
  Understand business dynamics by customer account and identify opportunities to drive working capital improvements. Involve business leaders, assign ownership to sales, partner with them to develop tactical action plan to drive cash collection term improvements. 

• Monthly / Quarterly forecasting:
  provide updated detailed forecasts for the current year on a regularly basis (e.g. monthly). Identify risks and opportunities which will need to be monitored. 

• Actual reporting:
  report actual results and perform the needed analysis to provide management with valuable insights and areas to focus on.
  

Additionally, Carrier seeks a business partner finance manager who is collaborative, decisive, with a bias towards speed. The business partner finance manager will be a key advisor to the CFO and a business partner to the GM and the rest of our leadership team.

Key traits of the business partner finance manager will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Successful track record in prior FP&A or commercial finance roles

• Experience and involve other stakeholders and drive results

• Effective communication skills

• Committed and outcome oriented

• Analytical mindset and attention to the details

• Ability to think and act independently

• A bias towards choosing speed

• Passion for attracting and developing talent

Experience, knowledge and demonstrated abilities:

• Experience in finance roles of increasing responsibility with an emphasis on FP&A, or commercial finance, or business partnership roles

• Open the candidates from any industry

• Japanese and English language skills

• Experience in multi-national companies, with matrix organizations

• Highly collaborative, team builder and strong business partner
