Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with clients and sub-contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project status and budget on track
• Prepare A/C system shop drawings and submission for approval and procurement
• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
• Handle project administration.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or other related Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in participation of MVAC Contracts
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Applicants have less experience will be treated as Engineer
