About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Building Technologies Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, operations and program management to develop and execute the building technologies equipment strategy supporting the Data Center vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the building technologies equipment marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools.

• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and drive product improvements.

• Develop and communicate unique insights for improving customers' business outcomes.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Partner with cross functional teams to manage the building technologies equipment data center roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.

• Support the building technologies equipment sales team with product knowledge, training, and collateral development.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track performance against goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, sales, engineering or business management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA

• Data Center industry experience

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across a broad audience.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to detail.

• Project management skills and execution

• Ability to quickly adapt and adjust approach and solution to customer needs.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through clear communication, active listening, and personalized solutions
