About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to drive the introduction of new programs for CHVAC products through leading strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supply chain processes, and enhancing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement, supplier management, and end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires expertise in cost negotiation, risk mitigation, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, and supply assurance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce costs and improve resilience.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk factors.
  • Apply supply chain best practices and drive process automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, finance, and manufacturing.
  • Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Promote digital transformation in sourcing operations.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are Commodity Management & Sourcing. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Administrative fields (e.g., LNI, IMA, IIA).
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or quality.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BPCS).
  • Intermediate conversational English (minimum).
  • Strong data analysis, blueprint interpretation, and quotation review skills.
  • Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred).

It would be nice if you have: HVAC Knowledge:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in metal-mechanical, automotive, or assembly industries.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
