About this role

This position is for an established professional in Industrial Engineering, who works autonomously with limited supervision, supports senior engineers in a range of activities associated with defining and evaluating problems, recommending solutions, and expediting production or logistics operations and processes to ensure quality control and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure labor efficiency above 95%.
• Meet established operational balancing targets.
• Develop standard work procedures for all workstations.

• Experience in production line balancing and efficiency.
• Knowledge of process mapping and standard work development.
• Ability to determine the labor content of each unit.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Advanced conversational English.
• Six Sigma certification or Lean Maintenance training.

• Ability to act quickly.
