Lean Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean manufacturing and manufacturing engineering development
• Lead Lean initiatives by facilitating Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other to identify and eliminate waste in operations including any revisit plan.
• Train and educate employees on Continuous improvement knowledge; i.e., requirement, tools (5S, root cause analysis,etc.) to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate operational performance against Carrier Excellence standards and identify improvement
• Monitor the lean/kanban performance by keeping goals alignment (Site goal alignment, X –Matrix, Macro plan) and keeping the business result updated (Macro plan/Actual, Cx-Matrix score)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of Industrial engineer
• At least 2 years experiences in lean manufacturing
• Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Good command of English
