Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers to understand shared product vision and short & long-term roadmap.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Solutions Architects to translate feature requirements, feature designs, and technical architecture into clear, testable, actionable user stories. 
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to ensure accurate implementation of analytics solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  - Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to stainless steel production, sales, quality, supply chain, or other relevant areas.
  - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and stakeholders.
  - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all analytical work.
  SAP Data Understanding: Understand the Analytics needs to business in Demand and Fulfilment area, Finance. Working on Analytics platform to do data analysis using data in SAP ECC / HANA. Utilize your domain knowledge to understand end-to-end SAP Solutions &  processes across Manufacturing, Order Management, Finance, cts and suggest improvements.
• Data Analytics: Leverage your expertise in data analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to supply chain operations. Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Communicate trade-off decisions, e.g. choice between 2 methodologies – to product & tech so the decision can be made on approach.
• Ensure JIRA content is updated so that reporting from JIRA is accurate and representative of the current state of product development & feature delivery progress. 
• Drive the integration of data analytics solutions into business processes, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Role Purpose:

• A Technical Lead (TL) is a key player in product development, who oversees the technical aspects of the product and acts as a vital link between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role demands a unique blend of technical knowledge and product vision, to ensure that technical products align with business objectives and meet stringent technical requirements. TLs are responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, guiding development teams, and prioritizing features that deliver high value

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field A master's degree is a plus.
  - Proven leadership experience (8+ years) in data analytics, with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams.
  - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Snowflake, SQL, SAP S4,  HANA).
  - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  Strong domain knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

  Hands-On Working Exposure wrt data analysis using data from SAP Analytics products SAP BW & HANA S4

  Able to deconstruct and understand the pipelines and flows across SAP BI platforms and SAP ETL Technologies

  Produce Artefacts on the existing Solutions and Processes.

  Exposure of Working on SAP systems wrt Oder Management, FI.

  Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
