About the role
The CoE Lead is a key role that is delivering the coordination and collaboration among the E2E team of P2P and the internal/external stakeholders
Job Description:
- Lead the CoE group of specialists
- Coordinate with all the teams of P2P (AP / Vendor operations/ Disbursements) on the execution of the tasks with the required performance to the internal and external stakeholders
- Sponsor/Support Carrier related policies and standard processes
- Drive in P2P the required Cx methodologies to improve the performance.
- Ensure employee engagement and succession plan
- Ensure control and compliance as per defined framework
- Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders under the “Customer Centricity” approach
- Ensure service levels and targets are consistent with cost, quality and timeliness, and that service is delivered to customers in accordance with pre-defined Service Level Agreements
- Deliver goals and KPIs for each sub-team and evaluate team’s performance throughout the year
- Promote service-oriented culture and collaboration amongst the P2P teams with a focus on delivering high quality end-to-end services
- Work with teams across different locations
Work environment
- Working in international environment with different time zone / Countries
Work content
- Drive continuous improvement to improve monthly closing processes
- Support projects delivering in-house shared service centers
Skills - Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of Finance / Accounting working experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Must have experience in managing a PTP team in large organization
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to analyze, organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
- Experience with leading an operational team
- Able to prioritize and work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ‘can-do’ mentality and ‘drive’ to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in ‘change management’
- Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing
- Team player in multicultural environment
