About the role

• Mentor the team on delivering COE goals
• Responsible for the delivery quality of the team
• Propose and drive excellence in the project delivery
• Scheduling and planning od projects and resources
• Stakeholder management
• Support the development and implementation of end-to-end cloud-based AI/ML and Data Analytics solutions.
• Take ownership and responsibility of deliverables (might involve little bit of coding as well)

Key Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities for this position will be:

• Responsible for the implementation of business objectives and initiatives to ensure alignment with organization goals.
• Collaborates with senior management and provides recommendations on product and program initiatives.
• Implements analytical projects to optimize tools and technology.
• Responsible for the implementation of training techniques to guide teams on modeling approaches and methodologies.
• Leads in the analysis of potential opportunities via customer segmentation, behavior and product analytics.
• Responsible for the implementation of evaluation metrics and models to analyze business performance and areas of opportunity.
• Educates team on best practices and fosters cross-departmental collaboration.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Data science life cycle
• Hands on experience in developing analytics approaches and solutions
• Expertise in Python, AI/ML libraries, ML, DL and problem solving
• Working experience on MLOps on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLM project implementation.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering with 13+ years of experience.

Ph.D in Thermal, AI/ML/Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, or Engineering is a plus.
