Design & Drafting – Mechanical Design. 

• General Experience with Creo V9 or any basic modeling software
  • Part & Assembly Models 
    • Sheet metal 
    • Piping
    • 3D Modeling & 2D Drafting.
•   Cost Analysis :
  • Learning of Manufacturing & cost estimation i.e. sheet metal, Plastics, fabrication process and methods used
  • process cycle time calculations
  • aPriori cost execution and reports  
• Windchill 
  • ECN Processing
  • BOM creation and maintenance.
• Analysis 
  • Linear Static Analysis
  • Modal analysis 
  • Flow analysis
