Unit 901, 9/F, 8 Lam Chak Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong KongRole Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenders and quotations
- Supervise installation & maintenance and A&A works
- Co-ordinate and communicate with customers, sub-contractors and front line staff on site
- Co-ordinate, arrange and supervise installation, maintenance works, repairing works, renovation and A&A works
Role Purpose:
- Build strong relationships with existing customers
- Explore market opportunities
- Contribute revenue growth
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost & improve efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree or above in Building Service / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant work experiences in MVAC installation.
- Site & installation experience is highly preferred.
- Proficient in PC knowledge including MS EXCEL / WORD Applications
- Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
