About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be crucial to the business by expanding Automated Logic’s customer base and working to exceed sales targets. We are looking for a team member who is a self-starter, pays attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is customer oriented. In this position, we will develop your skills and build a solid foundation of knowledge to prepare you for your career journey.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify upcoming potential opportunities.

  • Work with the sales team to create accurate estimates, prepare bids, perform site walk-throughs, and conduct field surveys.

  • Collaborate with outside sales and sales management to develop and present sales presentations.

  • Support bid activities including but not limited to; obtaining subcontractor quotes, performing job take offs, and conducting jobsite walkthroughs.

  • Review project specification and control schematics.

  • Provide clear documentation on estimates, proposals, and scope letters.

  • Obtain multiple subcontractor prices.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of HVAC Control industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, Building Automation, HVAC, and/or Controls experience or knowledge.

  • Capable of building strong relationships with customers and coworkers.

  • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and works to continuously improve.
