About the role

This role will be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish outside sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointing distributor for RAC business

• Setting sales quotas and target for channel

• Guiding and nurturing sales staff

• Monitoring RAC sales performance and addressing issues when necessary

• Completing sales reports and coordinating other administrative work like order processing, payment collection and internal adjustment

• Addressing channel issues that need to be escalated

• Supporting the sales management team as needed

• Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals

• Work in all types of sales environments, from retail stores to business-to-business (B2B) companies.

• To be able to sell all light commercial HVAC products such as Hi-Wall, DX Ductable and VRF

• Supervise and lead the Sales team to help increase sales, channel foot print and regional customers.

• Support management team by offering insight, enforcing the policies they create and completing tasks assigned by the manager

• Appoint good sub dealer network under the distributor
