About the Role:

Highly organized individual to head manufacturing engineering department taking care of all new project installations, Budgeting, Leading Process improvements, SixSigma and VSM, CAPEX in coordination with the NPD Engineering Teams and Manufacturing Teams. Must be expert in planning, Executing the manufacturing plans of the year and hands on shopfloor layout Planning.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plans for the future state and leverages best practices for operations and installations, including capacity review and sourcing to enhance production capabilities.
  • Establishes processes to identify organization wide opportunities and implements changes to improve products or reduce costs to achieve business operating objectives.
  • Establishes strategies for organization wide design, reviews processes for manufacturability of existing and future products and recommends modifications or adaptations to address quality, customer, product, or productivity constraints
  • Implement Industry 4.0 technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and integrate smart factory solutions.
  • Conduct process optimization and continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to support engineering projects and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires expert to mastery knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and able to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs and systems.
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 to 13 years of prior relevant experience
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor and influence employees.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deal with diverse individuals, groups, and all levels of the organization.

Preferred Education Qualification: Any Engineering Degree OR MBA.
