Sales Activities: Spare Parts, Options & Accessories

  • Achieve and surpass the agreed part and accessories sales targets: margin and volume.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the independent Service Partner Management and parts personnel, Key Retail Customer Accounts, and colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the market coverage and the spare parts turnover.
  • Manage local remanufacturing programme and nominated suppliers.
  • Manage the correct levels of impress stock for retail customers, in collaboration with the Service Partner Management and parts personnel.
  • Provide adequate reports about spare parts and accessories forecast, performance, and activities.
  • Report frequently on spare parts and accessories related activities in the market.
  • Manage aftermarket retrofit options programme further expanding service offering.

Aftermarket & Service Marketing:

  • Analyse the Carrier Transicold existing parts offer and its position within the market.
  • Identify and analyse the “grey market” challenges. Develop appropriate action plans to target this business.
  • Provide customers with all appropriate technical information with regards to spare parts.
  • Create spare part promotions as required and agreed with local management.
  • Be recognized as the parts contact person for Retail customers.
  • Work together with CTUK & CTE CRC parts departments to drive programs.
  • Work to update contract marketing brochure to support Service Partners, customers and Key Account Managers.

Further Activities & Support:

  • Understand and resolve queries in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Perform inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stocks at 3rd party warehouse & CTUK
  • Support the development of the parts ordering IT system to enable retail customers to order parts in the future.
  • Update Salesforce with activity and opportunities.
  • Anticipate and define exceptional requirements to support any improvement programs or safety related rectification work.
