About the role

This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing P&L, analyzing market trends, and developing and executing sales strategies. You will also analyze sales data to evaluate customer satisfaction, identify new market opportunities, and maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage customers and sales data

• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, evaluate customer satisfaction, and identify new market opportunities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of SAP and CRM software is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Requirements

Minimum 02 years of experience in Refrigeration segment is must. 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in the commercial refrigeration industry
