Role Description:

The Finance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of enterprise financial applications to ensure the efficient and effective operation of financial processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, systems integration, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution and Design Experience

  • Lead solution design, and optimization of financial applications to streamline finance business processes.

  • Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions.

  • Work with abstract requirements and help shape into cohesive design towards delivery.

  • Lead design sessions with Finance Business services to help shape solutions.

  • Work with Product owner to drive value 

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

  • Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and reduce operational costs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field with 10+ years of experience.

  • Proven experience working with enterprise application finance modules.

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Finance or a relevant module.

  • Understanding of core modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), Reconciliations, Intercompany and Record to Record in general.

  • Knowledge of integration between finance modules and other enterprise applications.

  • Experience with other  Finance products / Add ons
