角色職責:

• 負責空調汰換工地現場協調工作、進度掌控、品質及安全管理。
• 外包商管理：廠商現場勘查、報價、發包。
• 負責完工驗收、請款及資料收集製作。
• 支援客戶研討會、案件投標及送審作業。

角色目的:

• 執行現場專案並獨自順利完成
• 負責空調和機電設備系統異常處理
• 工程協調與問題處理
• 工地工程稽核與驗收
• 工程施工監督管理
• 工程管理-品質管理
• 工程驗收資料管理
• 工程估驗與計價

最低要求:

• 執行專案能力
• 獨立解決問題能力
• 善於溝通及回報
