About the Role: As Specialist - Power BI Developer will be responsible for understanding our business need and accordingly expanding our Business Intelligence capabilities. The candidate should be creative and passionate about building dashboards that serves the purpose based on the target audience.
This is a technical, hands-on delivery role requiring strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with extensive experience in data visualization and business intelligence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transforming data into actionable insights, and a proven ability to design and develop BI solutions.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop robust Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.

• Write and maintain database documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility of data.

• Manage and optimize database management systems to support our BI initiatives.

• Analyze business requirements to develop specifications for BI reporting and analysis.

• Structure information to facilitate easy access to and understanding of data.

• Operate and maintain relational database management systems efficiently.

• Migrate existing data to new systems or formats as required.

• Incorporate user interface design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation.

• Strong knowledge of database management systems and the ability to write comprehensive documentation.

• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

• An understanding of data structure and the operation of relational database management systems.

• Skills in data migration and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

• Knowledge of user interface design principles to enhance the usability of BI tools.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake for data warehousing solutions.

• Microsoft Certification PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, is preferred.
