Role Responsibilities:

• Review all RFQ, PR and PO to ensure full compliance with corporate policies, approval matrix, and procedures.
• Closely monitor the procurement process and frequently communicate any updates with suppliers, subcontractors as well as internal teams. Assist to update the procurement policies.
• Handle vendors/sub-contractors' applications and assist in the modification of vendor master record.
• Conduct vendor evaluation analysis and prepare the report.
• Prepare purchase analysis and reports for management.
• Work proactively and independently with users on their requests.
• Shipping management

Role Purpose:

• Ensure all procurement are complied with the procurment policies and approval matrix
• Handle SCM issues in the organisation.

Minimum Requirements:

• F6 or above
• 3-4 years working experience in engineering company is preferrable
• Proficiency in using MS Office (especially Excel, MS Form and etc) and Chinese typing is essential
• Possess the knowledge of ERP such as SAP or Ariba
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is an advantage
