Technical Delivery Leader

About This Role
Carrier’s Digital Sales and Serve (DSS) Center of Excellence (COE) team is enabling higher digital customer experience capabilities throughout the enterprise. Through centralized investment in technology, talent, and business transformation the team aims to solidify Carrier’s position as a leader in sales enablement, service, digital commerce and MarTech spaces.
This person will collaborate and work closely with the DSS COE product, engineering, and implementation teams to meet roadmap and new initiative commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation projects for Carrier’s North American HVAC business unit, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our core tech stack (Salesforce, ServiceMax, Adobe, Shopify, Zuora)
- Manage multiple delivery PODs across the globe while leveraging Scrum and SAFe best practices.
- Develop a global strategy and rollout out plan for enterprise solutions that enable teams to drive global business results.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the Digital leadership team to align eCommerce, MarTech, and SaaS selling strategies with Carrier’s global revenue and customer acquisition goals.
- Develop and present business cases that articulate the strategy, total cost of ownership (TCO) and return-on-investment, to acquire and incorporate cross-functional feedback and ultimately achieve executive approval.
- Work with Carrier leadership teams to create a compelling vision across people, process, and technology to drive departmental success with quarterly roadmaps / critical milestones to lead transformation through continuous improvement, and implementation of scalable process & technology.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform Carrier’s global marketing and commerce strategies.
Role Purpose:
- Deep understanding of the interplay between pricing strategy, business models, channel management strategies, and technology platforms.
- Proven ability to lead virtual teams, manage projects and deliver results in a diverse stakeholder environment
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to rally team members around a common vision. Strong deck-writing and upward-influencing skills.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders to drive change
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software and IT services, including product management, customer success, and Cloud/SaaS business models.
- 5+ of experience in business process design for complex selling motions for core offerings such as equipment, parts, service, and SaaS.
- 5+ years of experience in building solutions at scale for midsize and/or enterprise companies using enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, ServiceMax, or Zuora.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Played a key role in software business model transformation from perpetual licenses to recurring revenue and SaaS.
- The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
- Success collaborating across teams and regions to achieve standardization and drive enablement acro the enterprise (pull vs. push strategies to help reps more effectively sell).

- Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments
Additional information:
- Location: Ideally the work location is either Palm Beach Gardens (FL) or Atlanta (GA)
- The candidate must be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Ability to travel up to 15% nationally and internationally.
