About the role

This role will analyze and interprets test information to resolve design/system-related problems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Control Engineer for AWS project

• Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.

• Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.

• Develops diverse product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures.

• Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system related problems.

Role Purpose:

• Handling 3 sites for service operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge on Ditech controls
