About the role


Established HR Technology professional assembles, reviews, and analyzes HR Technology requirements. Conducts analysis and participates in audits and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal customers, understanding business objectives and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions.  
  • Use PowerBI to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards to present data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for report automation or self-service, shifting the focus of work to more strategic consulting support  
  • Champion self-service metrics, empowering clients with fast access to data  
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover insightful trends across human resource function. EX: attrition, talent acquisition, talent management, learning, diversity, or employee listening. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced PowerBI.
  • A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
  • University Degree or equivalent experience HR Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field.  
  • Desire to combine curiosity with critical thinking and good judgment, and like asking "why" to unravel a seemingly complex problem and get to the root cause.  
  • Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences
