About the role

Job Description

• To ensure HVAC repairing work / retrofit projects is completed on time with proven track record.

• To assist Service Manager in handling of fitting out works of MVAC system, such as site coordination with sub-contractor / client etc.

  To supervise and monitor of preventive / comprehensive maintenance works with technical workers

• To prepare submission works such as job tender, quotation etc for HVAC repairing work / retrofit projects

• To manage on the performance of technical staffs and outside contractors

• To Manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.

• To Perform associated cost estimates, prepares proposals for customer acceptance.

Minimum Requirements
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
