About the role

As a FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial insight, performance visibility, and decision support across the business. This role partners closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, actionable forecasting, and data-driven recommendations that directly impact business outcomes and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial close in line with published finance and accounting calendars, including review and posting of transactions in local systems and HFM
• Monitoring financial performance and delivering insights on variances, trends, and key business metrics
• Developing and presenting quarterly forecasts, clearly articulating risks and opportunities versus prior forecast, prior year, and plan
• Analyzing key performance indicators (orders, backlog, sales, margins, expenses, etc.) to identify and communicate business risks and opportunities
• Driving system automation and development of finance metrics aligned with evolving business requirements
• Providing technical and financial subject matter expertise to business leadership
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across finance processes and tools

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance-related roles
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities
• Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
• Prior P&L ownership experience
• Experience driving finance system automation or advanced reporting solutions
