About the role

In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers and HR colleagues for the EMEA region. We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR administrative processes and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.  A successful team member will be very detail oriented, possess a problem-solving mindset, a keen interest in improving existing processes and with deep analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of experience in the Human Resources field or previous HR operations experience preferred.

  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual/native proficiency in English and German

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Workday Knowledge: Familiarity with Workday is a significant advantage.

  • Confidentiality: Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Other Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks, reacting quickly to problems and issues with clear understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Responsibilities

  • Support Core HR Processes: Provide transaction support for hiring, terminations, job changes, tuition reimbursement, and benefits administration. Address requests through the ServiceNow case management system.

  • Manage Transactions: Handle hire, change, termination, and other mass transactions in Workday.

  • Maintain Employee Records: Update and manage records in Workday, deliver HR reports, and maintain personnel files.

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with extended reports from the system of record.

  • Ensure Data Quality: Conduct regular audits to ensure system data quality.

  • Collaborate with different department: Work closely with the payroll, Talent and HR technology team.

  • Knowledge Base Development: Build and develop processes in the HR knowledge base to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects to improve employee experience and efficiency. Provide input for Workday and ServiceNow enhancements to improve employee experience. Be responsible for system testing.

  • Team cooperation: Guide and mentor peers in processing HR transactions.
