Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Pre-Sales team, ensuring it becomes a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You will oversee day-to-day customer service activities, supporting the resolution of customer queries, service or billing enquiries, and ensuring accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the Pre-Sales team to deliver outstanding customer support

  • Developing apprentices within the team and supporting their professional growth

  • Overseeing team skills development and coordinating training initiatives

  • Managing government schemes, including MCS umbrella and other relevant programmes

  • Supporting the introduction of new equipment into the product portfolio

  • Assisting in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large-scale projects

  • Providing support across domestic and commercial heating product lines

  • Ensuring accurate handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service and/or pre-sales support

  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach

  • Interest or experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable)


Minimum Requirements:

  • IT Skills

  • People skills

  • Time management skills

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • An understanding of government schemes an advantage but full training will be given.

  • An understanding of ASHP's an advantage but full training will be given
