About the role

We’re looking for an Installation / Site Supervisor colleague, who participates in technical installation supervision and commissioning during the execution of installation projects.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• High School diploma preferably with an Electrical specialization
• Hands-on electrical experience and theoretical knowledge
• Fluent Croatian and at least basic English language knowledge, spoken and written
• Computer program knowledge – Ms Office and ability to quickly learn new softwares
• Strong communication skills, ability to maintain positive contact with clients
• Developed organizing and planning ability, problem-solving skills
• Results driven and proactive, confident personality, willingness to learn

Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:

• German language knowledge
• Experience in the refrigeration industry
• Experience with working in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Organizes the installation of refrigeration systems & equipment, commissioning, maintenance, ensuring the quality of installations and repairs
• Coordination of subcontractors and leading installations on site
• Controlling the delivery of equipment and materials to the construction site
• Control of supplier and assembly work tasks related to the project
• Cooperation with the Project Manager and Project Team members, providing support
• Performing the pressure and vacuum tests and documenting them
• Support in the project handover process to customers
• Taking over the projects from subcontractors and handing it over to the service department
• Apply EH&S regulations in daily work
