Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring equipment operates at optimal efficiency.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert diagnosis and repairs for a wide range of HVAC systems.

• Lead and mentor junior technicians, offering guidance and support to enhance team performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and Carrier best practices.

• Document all service activities, providing accurate records for each job performed.

• Work collaboratively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

• Manage and prioritise service calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime for customers.

• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and Carrier products to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, with a focus on commercial systems.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in HVAC systems.

• Strong knowledge of Carrier systems and related equipment is a plus.

• EPA Certification and other relevant HVAC certifications.

• Ability to work independently, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
